Our Story
Appreciated for her delicious and reasonably priced seafood, Elsy Marchena B. opens a new, quick-serve location, in Duluth, GA.
Drawing on her experience from Atlantic Seafood Restaurant, well-loved by everyone and built by her in 1997, Elsy’s now realizing her long-held dream of delighting patrons with the healthy and nutritious Ceviches and seafood cocktails that are all the rage in her birth place on Colombia’s Caribbean coast, and which now she serves at Ceviche Co. Xpress, located at 2200 Duluth Hwy.
Elsy’s very excited to offer a healthy alternative to variety hot dishes, and is focused on using salt to a minimum; only fresh ingredients; homemade sauces, and nothing fried.
All to be enjoyed in a friendly, festive atmosphere, or in your own home. You are invited to give this new seafood concept a try. You’ll be hooked!

Basándose en su experiencia del Atlantic Seafood Restaurant, muy querido por todos y construido por ella en 1997, Elsy ahora está haciendo realidad su sueño de deleitar a los clientes con los saludables y nutritivos ceviches y los cocteles de mariscos que están de moda en su lugar de nacimiento en la costa Caribe de Colombia, y que ahora sirve en Ceviche Co. Elsy está muy emocionada al poder ofrecer una alternativa saludable que ahora incluye una variedad de platos calientes; ella está enfocada en usar sal al mínimo; solo ingredientes frescos; salsas caseras y nada frito.
